Pat Divilly Prymal Podcast

Pat Divilly is a name you may be familiar with as a man who has dedicated his career to helping people improve their lives. Starting his journey in the fitness industry, Pat has now moved to guiding people through their own mental and emotional wellness journeys.

As a podcaster, public speaker, author and guide, Pat uses a wide range of platforms to create fantastic resources for those of us who want to learn about ourselves, to dive deeper in search of parts of our own identities, to find purpose and to foster love and compassion for others. In this episode we chat about a huge range of topics, but we give some special weight to shadow work, identity, some of modern society’s more toxic elements, plant medicines and so much more.

It was such a pleasure to chat with Pat, he’s a true pro and was able to communicate his knowledge and valuable experiences so fluently in this podcast, this was a super episode!

Thank you Pat.
