Darren Hendrick – Humans, Habits, Hierarchies and The Birth of NEXOA – #24

Darren Hendrick is a man with a very particular set of skills. He’s not superhuman, nor is he Liam Neeson, but despite the fact that he is still a very young man, Darren has spent many years developing a huge variety of tools and techniques he uses to enable himself to negotiate the challenges of life, from health and performance to financial empowerment, personal growth and development and more.
His deep understanding of how the human mind functions when it comes to changing and creating habits has allowed him to build systems for himself, systems he can call on when the world inevitably throws multiple spanners in the works, to steady the ship during rocky times, to enhance his performance and ultimately to improve his quality of life. Darren is a friend of mine, and I’ve been so eager for him to share this knowledge with me and with others, so we can hear first hand how making small consistent changes in your life is actually the secret to achieving great success, whatever that success looks like to you.
Darren explains that we are in fact in control of our lives and outcomes, and his mission is to help empower people to recognise and take that control, and to shape their own futures. This is also the mission of our joint venture, NEXOA, but you’ll have to listen to the podcast to find out more about that!
A good friend, a good human and a powerful mind.
