Daniel Davey

Daniel Davey is a Performance Nutritionist who has worked extensively with the Dublin Senior Men’s GAA team and Leinster Rugby as part of their elite performance team, and who also works with clients individually to achieve their personal and professional nutrition-related goals.

Daniel speaks in this episode about how working with people goes much deeper than simple food programming, how understanding purpose and personality is important for goal setting, how why we eat and how we eat is often just as important as what we eat and much more. Daniel’s recent book, Eat Up, Raise Your Game, offers some fantastic recipes for athletes and non-athletes alike, and he is currently launching his new nutrition website www.daveynutrition.com
