Daithí Ó'Cuinn

Daithí Ó Cuinn of Life Spiral Physical Therapy is a man of many talents. A prolific healer of bodies and minds, a biker, a rock musician, an Irish history buff, and apparently an international warrior, fighting on behalf of the vulnerable and oppressed, to name just a few of his different hats, Daithí’s life story is as colorful as it is inspirational!

In this episode Daithí tells his story, from his turbulent childhood in Ballymun, his discovery of fighting, martial arts and historic battle re-enactments, his journey into the world of physical therapy and healing, and his involvement in many expeditions into war torn regions of the world to bring aid and support to the vulnerable.

Some man is Daithí Ó’Cuinn, and it’s always a genuine pleasure to chat to him.
