Conor O’Keeffe – Only 100 Miles to Happiness…And Then Another 100! – #14

Conor O’Keeffe is a man on a mission. Winner of the 2019 Enduroman 200 mile race, and youngest ever finisher. Planning to complete 32 marathons in 32 days across 32 counties. Challenging himself with weighted treks in the mountains, cold showers in the dark, constantly confronting his inner voice with more challenges, learning the true meaning of happiness and purpose through gratitude and compassion.
Conor explains in this episode what inspired him to make a decision to leave a well-paid job and relatively comfortable life for one of uncertainty and challenge, in pursuit of adventure and fulfillment. He talks about searching out his demons and slaying them, how ultra endurance events are a great way to learn about yourself and build the skills you need for a happy life, and a whole host of other interesting and thought-provoking topics that we can learn from and draw inspiration from.
