Jul 9, 2020 | Prymal podcast | 0 comments

Colm McDonnell

Colm Mc Donnell is a Somatics Instructor and Practitioner, and owner of Learn Somatics in Dublin. Understanding your own body, how it moves, and how you can take an active role yourself  in managing a huge range of issues like pain, stiffness, dysfunction, mobility and more is the core essence of somatics.

Colm practices what he preaches, applying these principles in his own movement and somatic routine, his work with clients and his teaching with other practitioners, and we also discuss the crossover between movement and physical self-care principles, and the broader spectrum of living a happy life by taking control and implementing regular practices that empower you and give you purpose.
