Brian Ó’hÁonghusa is a nutritionist and the head nutrition coach with Triage Method, and he specialises in helping people who have relationship issues with food, as well as educating on nutrition for performance and many other aspects of food and lifestyle. He also has a deep understanding of how habits, routines, principles and structures can help you take control of many of the factors in life that shape the type of person you are, and that can develop your sense of happiness, purpose and wellbeing.

In this episode we discuss how Brian uses his expert knowledge of nutrition to help his clients develop better eating habits and move closer to their goals, we explore the principles of stoicism and building your own set of tools for a better life, and we speak about the intent and considerations behind many of the decisions we make on a daily basis.
