Andy Myers on The Prymal Podcast

Andy Myers is the founder and leader of The Movement Studio in Terenure, and he’s a beautiful soul. Over many years and combining many different disciples, he has created a framework and a community around moving your body that encompasses gymnastic movements, weightlifting, mobility and much more, and he has created an environment with his team in his studio where you can learn how to move your body the way you want to, in a format that’s welcoming, accessible, and fueled by his other passion, some seriously sensational coffee.

In this episode we discussed how Andy has developed his approach to coaching movement, how creating small habits in the physical world can manifest huge improvements in the bigger picture, building a better life for yourself with a healthy body and much more.
